And Ruth the Moabitess said , He said unto me also, Thou shalt keep fast by my young men , until they have ended all my harvest .

And Ruth the Moabite said to Naomi, "Let me go to the field and glean among the ears of grain after him in whose sight I shall find favor . "

So Ruth stayed close to the servant girls of Boaz to glean until the barley and wheat harvests were finished .

So Ruth gleaned in the field until evening . Then she threshed the barley she had gathered, and it amounted to about an ephah.

So she went out and began to glean in the fields behind the harvesters .

And when she was risen up to glean, Boaz commanded his young men , saying, Let her glean even among the sheaves, and reproach her not
